Most people tend to focus on one activity or type of exercise and think they’re doing enough. The goal, however, is to be creative and choose all four types of exercise — endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Each page on the site shows how each type of exercise can help you in your everyday life. You’ll also get valuable information on how much and how often to exercise and how to progress. Don’t forget to check out the safety tips as well. You will find a sample of many types of endurance activities to try. The strength, balance, and flexibility pages have photos and detailed instructions for sample exercises.
